We aim to dispatch all items within 48hrs of cleared payment by the appropriate shipping method.
In the case of items being out of stock, we will inform you within 24hrs of the stock and delivery situation of such items. Where stock is unavailable we may offer you an alternative, otherwise we will offer a full refund of the item value.
UK: All items below 2kg and with the longest side below 60cms will be sent either by Royal Mail or Collect Plus/My Hermes. All items are sent using a recorded delivery option.
Collect Plus delivery allows you to select a local Collect Plus shop to collect your parcel. an ideal option if you are not in during the day and will miss the delivery.
Any items were the longest side is over 60cms in length will be sent by courier. All courier services used by ourselves are 24 hr services. We do occasionally occur delays in pick up due to our rural location.
Europe and Far flung destinations:
Were items are suitable for the Royal Mail Air postal services we will use these. All items will be sent either Airsure (were available) or International Signed for.
All other items will be sent using courier services. Please be aware that long items (over 90cm) can be expensive to ship. We will however ship to any destination. If extra costs are incurred due to the item size, delivery location being considered rural, these extra coxts will be discussed with the customer before the item is sent.
Many overseas deliveries may take longer than expected, were possible estimated delivery dates will be supplied.
Brazil: Any items shipped to Brazil by courier will require the,
Cadastro Nacional Pessoa Juridica (CNPJ) – (Businesses)
Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica (CPF) – (Private individuals)
No item will be shipped without this information, this is a requirement of Brazillian Customs
Russian Federation: Any item shipped by courier into the Russsian Federation will need to be shipped to a registered business address, no courier shipemt will be sent to a personal home address.
Our Online Returns Policy

At Lizard Tackle and Bait we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.
In the first instance please contact us via telephone or email to discuss the issue.
If the item has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item.
Goods for return or exchange must be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Simply send returns back to us at the address below via a secure Post Office service. (Royal Mail Special Delivery service recommended).
Upon receipt of the goods we will, send replacement goods or issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned.
Our only stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, in other words;
* The tags have not been removed
* The garment or tackle item has not been used, worn or damaged
* The item is returned in its original packaging undamaged
We will issue the refund (or send out an exchange) within 28days, and you will see the credit on your card after approximately 3 or 4 working days.
Although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system (some building societies can take up to 10 days). A refund will show on your card under the name Lizard Tackle and Bait (Tony Portas)

All items that are dirty and/or wet will be will be returned un-repaired at your cost, before even being evaluated.
Returns on Special Offers
If an item bought under a Special Offer, Promotional Incentive or as part of an Out fit is subsequently returned the Special Offer may no longer apply
and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
We will give you the best deal we can in the circumstances, but we will have to take into account the impact of a return on the original offer.
